Rep Fitness
Rep Fitness is an American rack, bench and bar brand used in home gyms and some small commercial corners.
J-cups and bench hardware are the parts that go missing or tear. The rack’s hole size is a fact on the file, because attachments are not universal.
Parts to write on the job
Rig upright and bolt
Movement in an upright or a bolt that will not hold is out of use until you know why. Write the anchor, not only ‘the rig’.
Barbell
Spin in a sleeve, a bent shaft, or worn knurl belongs on that bar’s file. Bars are assets, not a pile.
J-cup and spotter arm
Count them. A missing spotter arm is a fault for the stations that need it.
Upholstery
Photograph the pad and name the machine. Recovering ‘the blue one’ is how the wrong bench is sent out.
GymMaintain is not this manufacturer and does not sell their parts. Record the brand and the model on the asset. Record the part you used on the work order, from the old part or the manual, not from a guess.
