GymMaintain keeps one file per machine: the fault, the job, and what was done. The guides describe that work in plain language.

A hot treadmill, a cable with a strand showing, a selector pin that will not seat. Those are the subjects. The notes say what to look at, when the machine stays closed, and what belongs on the work order. They are not a parts catalogue and not a promise that every brand fails the same way.

There is no staff page. Years in business are not invented here. If a note is wrong for the model on your floor, the manual for that model wins. Send the correction. It is read on the desk. It does not publish itself.
