Freemotion
Freemotion is an American functional-trainer brand. Dual cable arms are the machine most floors mean.
Cables and pulleys are the wear, and the two sides are not always the same part if one arm was replaced before. Write which side.
Parts to write on the job
Cable
Write which run you replaced, and whether the rest of the cable stayed. A visible fray is not the whole cable.
Pulley
Note the diameter and whether the bearing is in the pulley. A squeal can be the cable, not the wheel.
Upholstery
Photograph the pad and name the machine. Recovering ‘the blue one’ is how the wrong bench is sent out.
